Abdullah Trading Company, doing business as HANDZON Towing ("HANDZON," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or when we recover, store, and process a vehicle, and how that information is used.
We may collect: your name and contact details; vehicle information (make, model, year, VIN, license plate, and condition); insurance information (carrier, claim number, and adjuster contact); the location and circumstances of a tow; and the digital consent agreement and signature captured at the time of service. We do not retain the source photographs used to read a document once the relevant information has been extracted.
Information is used solely to perform towing and storage services, generate and deliver invoices to the responsible insurance company, maintain accurate records of vehicles in our custody, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only as needed to complete a job — for example, with your insurance carrier or adjuster for billing, or with law enforcement and regulatory authorities where required by law. We may use trusted service providers (such as cloud hosting) who are bound to protect the information they handle on our behalf.
When you provide your mobile number and consent at the time of service, HANDZON Towing may send you text messages about your vehicle — including a link to your itemized invoice, your balance, and pickup details — and you may reply with questions for customer support. Message frequency varies based on the status of your vehicle and your replies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
Mobile information is never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. We share information only to perform the service, as described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Vehicle, invoice, and consent records are retained as long as needed for our business and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information in our custody.

These terms govern towing, recovery, and storage services provided by Abdullah Trading Company, doing business as HANDZON Towing. By requesting or accepting service, you agree to them.
HANDZON provides accident recovery, vehicle transport, and secure storage. Where a vehicle is covered by an applicable insurance policy, HANDZON bills the responsible insurance company directly for eligible towing and storage charges.
Towing and storage charges accrue according to our posted and agreed rates. While we bill the responsible insurer where coverage applies, the vehicle owner or their authorized representative remains responsible for any charges an insurer does not pay. Storage fees may accrue daily until the vehicle is released.
A stored vehicle is released to its registered owner or an authorized party upon presentation of valid identification and proof of ownership or authorization, and settlement of any outstanding balance as required by law.
HANDZON exercises reasonable care in recovering and storing vehicles. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HANDZON is not liable for pre-existing damage, items left in a vehicle, or loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
By providing your mobile number and consent at the time of service, you agree to receive text messages from HANDZON Towing about your vehicle (invoice, balance, and pickup details) and to communicate with us by text. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Towing and storage services are provided in accordance with applicable Georgia and local regulations.
